How soon can I get an appointment?
Routine consultations are usually available within two to five working days depending on the clinic. Urgent problems — sudden vision loss, new floaters with flashes, an eye injury or severe pain — are accommodated the same day wherever possible. Call +91 79825 32813 and say clearly that it is urgent.
How long does a first consultation take?
Allow 60 to 90 minutes. If your retina needs examining, your eyes will be dilated with drops that take about 30 minutes to work and leave vision blurred for three to four hours afterwards. Please do not plan to drive yourself home on that visit.
Do you offer online or video consultations?
A video call can be useful for reviewing reports, discussing a second opinion or a post-operative query. However, an accurate eye diagnosis needs slit-lamp examination and pressure measurement, so a first consultation for a new problem should always be in person.
Can I send my reports before the visit?
Yes — send clear photographs of your OCT scans, prescriptions and discharge summaries on WhatsApp to +91 79825 32813. Reviewing them beforehand means your consultation time is spent on decisions rather than paperwork.
Which areas of Delhi do patients travel from?
